Using WelcomeToVI

WelcomeToVI is an IslandFlow Digital travel guide for the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. Public guides, directory browsing, events, the day planner and My Plans are free. Use the site lawfully and do not submit misleading content, impersonate a business owner, misuse accounts or attempt unauthorized access.

Travel information and Moko

Schedules, prices, hours, weather and availability can change. Confirm important trip details with the operator or official authority. Moko provides AI assistance and can make mistakes; it does not confirm transportation, reservations, entry permission or safety conditions.

Visitor passes and digital products

Prices are shown in USD before payment. Trip Pass provides 14 days from the first successful AI chat; Port Day provides 24 hours from the first successful AI chat. An upgrade credits the original Port Day payment toward the Trip Pass price available when you upgrade and starts a new 14-day period at payment confirmation. The exact additional payment appears at checkout. A pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

An unactivated pass is refundable anytime. An activated pass is refundable within 24 hours of activation. Request a refund from your pass account. Refunding an upgrade refunds the upgrade payment; the original Port Day Pass retains its original expiry if still available. Standalone digital guides and shop products have their own delivery, use and refund terms.

Independent businesses and bookings

A listing or inquiry is not a confirmed reservation. The operator controls availability, service delivery, transport arrangements and its cancellation terms. Review the operator’s terms before booking. WelcomeToVI may receive referral commissions from eligible completed bookings. Sponsored placements are labeled; a public listing does not imply a paid partnership or owner verification.

Submissions and ownership

Submit only information and media you have permission to share. By submitting content for publication, you permit WelcomeToVI to display it for the requested listing, event or feature. Ownership claims require verification. Contact us to correct inaccurate information or report content concerns.
