Your purchase

The Virgin Islands Inspired Edition is a 48-page downloadable PDF for $9.00 USD, paid once. The 2027 USVI and BVI digital calendars are $12.00 USD each; both editions are $19.00 USD. Each calendar is a 14-page PDF with AI-created interpretive artwork, monthly dates and selected observances. The separate 16-page USVI 2027 Heritage Calendar is $12.00 USD. The six-design Virgin Islands Heritage Postcard Collection is $6.00 USD at its introductory price, delivered as one 12-page PDF. No subscription or physical shipment is included.

Secure payment & delivery

Stripe processes your payment. We never receive your full card number. Download access opens only after a confirmed payment. An email contains a private order link for returning to your download. Delayed payment methods may take longer to confirm.

Download access

Keep your private order link secure. Save the PDF locally for offline reading. Download access may be revoked after a refund or payment dispute. If you lose your link or have trouble downloading, reply to your order email with your order details. Do not send card details.

Problems & refunds

If the download cannot be delivered or the file is defective, contact us by replying to your order email. We will restore access, provide a working file, or refund the purchase. For other refund requests, contact us with your order details so we can review the issue.

Using the guide

Your purchase is for personal reading, printing and travel planning. Original WelcomeToVI writing and design are copyrighted. Do not resell or redistribute the guide. Individual photographs retain the Creative Commons licenses and permissions listed in the photography credits; those licenses are unaffected by these terms.

Calendar artwork & observances

Calendar imagery is AI-created island-inspired artwork, not documentary photography of exact locations. These are digital art calendars with selected observances, not official government operating or closure schedules. Variable BVI 2027 public holidays are omitted pending official confirmation. Public-office substitute dates and special administrative leave may differ. The PDF includes review notes and source links. Personal printing is allowed; commercial print production and resale are not included.

Heritage postcards

The collection includes six original AI-assisted illustrations and matching backs with sourced historical notes. Images are artistic interpretations, not archival photographs or exact architectural reconstructions. Personal printing, gifting and personal sharing are allowed. Resale, commercial use and commercial redistribution are not included. Pages are 6 × 4 inches without bleed; test your printer’s duplex orientation before printing the complete collection. Postage and mailing are not included.

Travel information

This is the October 2026 edition. Confirm schedules, prices, availability, safety conditions and entry requirements with providers and official sources before travelling. A purchase does not include bookings or guarantees from local providers.

Your privacy

We use your checkout email for order delivery and support. Buying a digital product does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize sharing your information with wedding planners. See our privacy policy. Wedding introductions require a separate inquiry and sharing permission.
