YOUR ORDER INFORMATION
Shop privacy

What we collect
When you buy a guide, we store your email, product, order and payment references, amount, payment status, receipt delivery status, and number of downloads. This lets us deliver your purchase, restore access, and resolve payment or delivery problems.
Who processes it
Stripe processes payment details on its secure checkout. WelcomeToVI does not receive your full card number. Our email provider, Resend, sends your transactional order email. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, stores order records and the downloadable file.
Your private order link
Your order link unlocks the guide after payment. Keep it private. We disable our Google Analytics tag on order pages, and those pages are marked to exclude them from search engines. The public shop uses the platform’s existing analytics.
No automatic marketing or planner sharing
A purchase does not sign you up for marketing. We do not sell shop customer information as leads. Wedding planner introductions require a separate wedding inquiry and sharing permission.
Questions & requests
Reply to your order email if you need help accessing your purchase or want to ask about your order information. We retain records needed for delivery, support and payment administration. Information needed to resolve a payment dispute or maintain required transaction records may need to be retained.
