BVI invites public comments on draft employment policy by October 30

The BVI government has opened consultation on a draft National Employment Policy intended to give clearer direction to the labour market and the employment goals in Vision 2036.

Written comments are due Friday, October 30, 2026, at bvinep@gov.vg. The official notice asks contributors to identify the policy sections their feedback addresses and use the email subject “Public Consultation – National Employment Policy”.

The draft is linked from the government's consultation notice. This is an invitation to comment on a proposal, not an announcement that new employment rules have taken effect.
