The BVI Public Works Department says Blunt Road will operate with one lane of traffic from Monday, October 26, through Wednesday, October 28, while crews complete road cutting and install a culvert in the Johnson's Ghut and Long Trench area.
A separate three-hour closure scheduled for Sunday has passed and is no longer being displayed as an active restriction. The official notice does not publish daily work hours for the one-lane phase.
Motorists should reduce speed and follow signs and traffic personnel through the work zone. Emergency vehicles will continue to have access during the project.
October 28 is the announced work window's final day, not confirmation that normal two-way traffic will resume immediately afterward. A later official update or conditions at the site should guide travel after the scheduled period.
Public Works should add daily work hours, a simple detour or queueing map and a completion notice confirming when normal two-way traffic resumes.
