Human Services says Kingshill is open and operational. The agency had not posted an equivalent reopening notice for the Frederiksted campus Wednesday morning, so families should not assume the two locations now share the same status.
St. Croix's wider water system continues to recover. Islandwide inventory has improved, but some West End customers may still experience low or intermittent pressure and WAPA's boil-water advisory remains active.
Families needing current information about Frederiksted should use Human Services' direct channels. A dated agency notice remains more reliable than the original delay announcement or an undated social-media repost.
Human Services should publish a dated Frederiksted status notice with the next decision time, family contact numbers and any meal, transportation or learning support available until the campus opens.
