WAPA reported that all feeders serving St. Thomas and St. John were restored at approximately 11:35 p.m. Saturday after several days of blackouts, changing rotation plans and repairs at the Randolph Harley Power Plant.
The utility restored its website and telephone outage-reporting system by 2 a.m. Sunday. Customers who still lack power should report the isolated outage through WAPA's website or by calling 340-774-3552 and selecting option 4; feeder restoration does not guarantee that every individual service connection is back.
WAPA's last detailed Unit 27 update said the generator was online Saturday evening but still undergoing testing before it could support customer demand. The later feeder-restoration notice did not say whether that testing was complete or identify the generation mix now carrying the district.
Sunday's reduced early-voting window has passed, so that temporary alert has been retired. No Monday hours are inferred here without a new Elections System notice; voters should use the agency's current schedule before travelling.
WAPA should publish a single timestamped restoration dashboard showing each feeder's status, available generation and the next update time during districtwide outages.
