Request a St. Thomas taxi with upfront fare estimates, no payment due when submitting your request. A separate 10% platform fee is payable after driver acceptance; pay the taxi fare directly to the driver.

How do payment and confirmation work?

No payment is due when submitting a taxi request. Under the terms reviewed October 12, 2026, a separate 10% platform fee is payable after driver acceptance; pay the full taxi fare directly to your driver. A request is confirmed only when a partner accepts. Check current terms on STT GO.

How much will my taxi cost?

Use the STT GO fare calculator with your pickup, destination, riders and bags. Fares use destination-based per-person rules; additional charges can apply. The current tariff card displayed in the licensed taxi remains controlling.

Can I schedule or request an accessible vehicle?

Choose Schedule on STT GO and include your flight and pickup details. Vehicle preferences, accessibility requirements and return trips need explicit operator confirmation.
