Leave prepared.
Come back relaxed.

Recheck on the morning of travel. Wind and sea conditions can affect small-craft service even when skies look clear.

Use the operator’s latest published time and arrive early enough for tickets, boarding, baggage, parking, and traffic.

Save a primary return and a realistic backup. Treat the final departure as a hard cutoff.

Know how you will reach the terminal and move around St. Thomas. Do not assume a taxi, rental, or safari will be waiting.

Keep a second payment method and a modest amount of cash for smaller operators or temporary connectivity problems.

Screenshot tickets and confirmations. Download your WelcomeToVI plan so key details remain available without a signal.

Send your route, lodging, return time, and operator details to someone who is not traveling with you.
