Leave prepared.
Come back relaxed.

International entry rules apply when traveling between the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. Recheck official requirements for every traveler.

Use the official portal in its stated arrival window. Save the confirmation where it works offline.

Recheck on the morning of travel. Wind and sea conditions can affect small-craft service even when skies look clear.

Use the operator’s latest published time and arrive early enough for tickets, boarding, baggage, parking, and traffic.

Save a primary return and a realistic backup. Treat the final departure as a hard cutoff.

Know how you will reach the terminal and move around Jost Van Dyke. Do not assume a taxi, rental, or safari will be waiting.

Keep a second payment method and a modest amount of cash for smaller operators or temporary connectivity problems.

Screenshot tickets and confirmations. Download your WelcomeToVI plan so key details remain available without a signal.

Send your route, lodging, return time, and operator details to someone who is not traveling with you.
