Skyride to Paradise Point turns the climb above Charlotte Amalie into part of the attraction. An enclosed aerial tram rises from Havensight through the tropical hillside, revealing the harbor, downtown, cruise berths, Water Island, and the wider Caribbean horizon.
The tram climbs roughly 700 feet to Paradise Point in less than 10 minutes. As the cabins gain elevation, the working harbor opens below: cruise ships at the dock, ferries and sailboats crossing the water, historic Charlotte Amalie wrapping around the shoreline, and green hills stacking into the distance.
Paradise Point is designed as more than a turnaround platform. At the summit, visitors can use the Skywalk and overlooks, browse souvenir shops, or settle in for food and drinks. Taste at Paradise Point operates with the Skyride schedule, while PRIME offers a separate dinner experience and reservation process.
Light changes the visit. Clear mornings can reveal distant islands and crisp harbor detail; late afternoon adds warmer color; and sunset can turn downtown lights into part of the scene. The official schedule says the last tram down is one hour after the listed closing time, but times may change with cruise traffic and weather. Call ahead with questions about boarding, mobility accommodations, strollers, medical considerations, or anything that could affect safe use of the gondola and summit paths.
Arrive at Havensight
The lower station is near the WICO cruise dock area. Guests coming from Crown Bay, downtown, or a hotel should allow for traffic and use a taxi when appropriate.
